Arunachal to build memorial for 1962 war hero, Rs 5 crore earmarked

According to NDTV, Arunachal Pradesh has earmarked Rs 5 crore for a memorial to Neelam Tebi, an Assam Rifles soldier killed in the 1962 India-China war. Army and ITBP personnel and villagers paid tribute to him.
