Wisconsin river pipeline drilling hit groundwater surge and rig fires

A 30-inch oil pipeline installed under a Wisconsin river reportedly had groundwater rising at 85 to 100 gallons a minute on the day it went in. Items also say two drill rigs on the same 41-mile detour later burned before dawn.
