Unions urge review of senior teacher allowance to follow workload, not school grade

A union has called on the Education Ministry (KPM) and Public Service Department (JPA) to review eligibility for the RM120 senior teacher allowance, basing it on workload rather than school grade. It also asks for a transition period for 2,504 affected teachers.
