Fox Corp. top lawyer Adam Ciongoli exiting; Nicholas Trutanich to become general counsel

Fox Corp. said chief legal and policy officer Adam Ciongoli will not renew his contract and will step down effective Dec. 1, with Nicholas Trutanich taking over as general counsel. Ciongoli will reportedly serve as a special adviser.
