Lufthansa in talks to acquire remaining 50.1% stake in TAP, CFO says

Lufthansa's CFO says the airline is in talks to take the remaining 50.1% of TAP Air Portugal. The item adds that Portugal's government picked Lufthansa for a stake of up to 49.9% for US$1.35 billion, over Air France-KLM.
