Jail term for man who raped minor raised from 10 to 15 years in Malaysia

Free Malaysia Today reports the jail sentence for Indonesian Zulpandy Rispen Effendi was increased from 10 to 15 years. He was found guilty of raping a 13-year-old girl in a Gombak, Selangor hotel room in 2022.
